One Bento login can own more than one creator workspace. Use this when you run separate profiles, brands, or businesses that should not share customer data or provider accounts.
What stays separate
Each workspace has its own:
- Public profile, username, pages, products, and content
- Audience, orders, bookings, members, files, and analytics
- Social, payment, email, calendar, and knowledge integrations
- Plan, subscription, storage, contact allowance, and billing lifecycle
An integration account can be active in only one workspace at a time. Disconnect or replace it deliberately if you need to move it.
Add another profile
- Open the workspace menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Select Add another profile.
- Enter a profile name and available username.
- Continue to checkout for that workspace. Bento starts it on the active workspace’s paid plan and billing period.
- Return to Bento after payment and switch to the new profile.
You must already have an active or trialing paid plan to add another workspace. The new workspace stays unavailable while its payment is pending. Cancelling or losing paid access locks that workspace without deleting its saved data.
Switch workspaces
Open the workspace menu and select an active profile. Bento clears the previous workspace view before loading the selected one, so records and cached data do not carry between profiles.
Always confirm the workspace name before connecting a provider, publishing, sending email, or
changing billing. Those actions apply only to the active workspace.
