Plans, trials, and cancellation
New creators choose Store or Creator and start with a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is charged only when the trial ends. You can cancel renewal at any time from Settings → Plan. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Paid features remain available until the end of the trial or current billing period shown in Settings, then the account automatically moves to Free. You can reverse a scheduled cancellation before that date.
Creator includes 500 subscribed marketing contacts and unlimited marketing
sends. Larger Creator contact tiers are total allowances:
Store and Creator can add storage in 10 GB units for 10 per
year, up to 1 TB.
At the verified allowance, Bento blocks new subscriptions but keeps existing
contacts available. If subscribed contacts exceed the allowance, Bento also
blocks marketing sends until contacts are archived or capacity increases.
When storage is full, existing files remain available but new uploads are
blocked.
Manage your plan
- Open Settings.
- Review your current plan, trial or renewal date, and renewal status.
- Choose Cancel renewal to stop the next charge while keeping access through the date shown.
- Choose Keep my plan before that date if you change your mind.
Reduce storage usage
- Compress images before uploading.
- Export video for the web instead of uploading a camera-original file.
- Delete media that is no longer needed. Storage deletion is permanent: files disappear everywhere they are used and cannot be restored.
