After someone buys or submits
The Products area has separate views for Products, Orders, and Audience.
Orders
Use Orders to review the product, buyer, payment state, amount, fees, creator net, and fulfilment status. Buyer access is created only after Bento receives a verified paid event from the selected provider.
Depending on the product, fulfilment may include:
- A private file download
- A booking or meeting link
- Course lessons and resources
- Webinar join or replay access
- Membership or community access
- Private custom fulfilment instructions
Audience
Emails / applications products collect form submissions in Audience. Use the product filter to separate a waitlist from an application or lead magnet.
Collect only information needed for the stated purpose. Do not ask for passwords, payment-card
data, government IDs, or sensitive medical information in custom form questions.
Refunds and access
Refund and reversal events can change order state and revoke access where appropriate. Use the payment provider as the financial record and Bento as the fulfilment record.
