Email preferences

Go to Settings → Email to control Creator tips (the onboarding series and product updates) and the Weekly digest. Both preferences are on by default and can be changed at any time. Receipts, private purchase links, security messages, payment failures, and important account changes are transactional. They are sent only when needed and are not controlled by marketing preferences.

Username and email

Open Settings → Account to view your email and update the public profile address when available. Changing your username changes the URL you share, so update links on your social profiles afterward.

Password reset

Select Send password reset in Account settings. Open the newest email and complete the reset on the same Bento environment you requested it from.

Keep your account safe

• Use a unique password for Bento and your email account.
• Review provider authorization screens before connecting social or payment accounts.
• Never share confirmation links, reset links, private buyer-access links, or one-time codes.
• Log out on shared devices.
