Social Insights is included with Creator. It combines account-level growth with post-level performance from supported connected accounts.

Use Social Insights

  1. Open Social Insights and connect or reconnect the accounts you want to measure.
  2. Choose a supported account and date range.
  3. Review audience totals, reach or impressions, engagement, and recent content.
  4. Compare the posts that earned attention with the topics and formats you published.
  5. Open Post Scheduler to turn the pattern into your next draft.
Bento refreshes supported connected-account insights on a daily schedule and shows the actual freshness of the available provider data. A successful refresh request does not make delayed provider metrics current immediately.

When data is missing

  • Confirm the account is active and does not show Reconnect required.
  • Some networks require a professional account or additional provider permission.
  • Historical imports depend on what the provider exposes and may not include older content.
  • Provider metrics can arrive later or use definitions that differ between networks.
Use each network’s own dashboard for its authoritative billing, moderation, and account-health records. Bento is a cross-network working view.
