# Email Marketing

Email Marketing is a Creator-only workspace for running one or more publications. Use the
publication picker beside the page title to create or switch publications without mixing their
Posts, broadcasts, subscribers, lists, Website, branding, or paid access.

## Write and publish Posts

Choose one of six starter templates, write a Post, then preview its desktop email, mobile email,
and web page. A Post can stay private, publish as a public page, or require paid access. Send it
now or schedule it; Broadcasts remain separate one-off emails that do not create web pages.

## Import and manage subscribers

Add an Email Capture block or import a CSV from **Subscribers**. During import, map Email, Name,
and optional List columns, review invalid or duplicate rows, and confirm consent. Imports can be
retried without duplicating subscribers. Unsubscribing someone from one publication does not
unsubscribe them from another.

Your contact allowance is account-wide: the same canonical contact subscribed to two
publications counts once. Creator includes 500 subscribed contacts and unlimited marketing
sends; archive contacts or add capacity before importing or sending beyond that allowance.

## Website and paid access

**Website** previews the selected publication, shows its canonical public URL, and can add that
publication to Bento. Published Posts appear on the Website according to their public or paid
visibility. Paid access requires a connected Stripe account and a monthly or yearly offer.
Unsubscribing stops email but does not cancel billing or remove paid access.

## Delivery setup

Before production sending, configure a verified Resend domain with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC; the
Resend webhook; `EMAIL_QUEUE`; sender and reply-to addresses; signing secret; and Supabase Auth
SMTP. Keep staging on isolated secrets, queues, and test recipients. Test capture, confirmation,
send, unsubscribe, and paid access before enabling production delivery.
