# Meet the editor

The editor is where your profile header, pages, blocks, layout, and design come together.

## Main controls

| Control        | What it does                                                                |
| -------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Profile header | Edit your photo, display name, bio, and verified presentation. |
| Page tabs | Create and switch between pages when your plan allows it. |
| Add block | Open the block library and choose what to add. |
| Appearance | Change your background, theme, accent, typography, and header style. |
| Share | Preview your public page, copy its URL, or create a share asset. |
| Settings | Open plan, analytics, payments, email, domain, embed, and account controls. |

## Editing a block

Select a block to open its editor. The available fields depend on the block type. A link may have a title, description, URL, cover, and call-to-action styling, while a location block includes a place and map view.

Use the size controls to choose the layout that best fits the content. The editor and visitor page use the same block renderer, so the published result should match what you arrange.

<Tip>
  Keep the most important action near the top. Use headings to create sections instead of giving
  every item the same visual weight.
</Tip>
