> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://help.bento.surf/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Orders, fulfilment, and audience > Manage paid orders, buyer access, and collected leads. # After someone buys or submits The Products area has separate views for **Products**, **Orders**, and **Audience**. ## Orders Use Orders to review the product, buyer, payment state, amount, fees, creator net, and fulfilment status. Buyer access is created only after Bento receives a verified paid event from the selected provider. Depending on the product, fulfilment may include: * A private file download * A booking or meeting link * Course lessons and resources * Webinar join or replay access * Membership or community access * Private custom fulfilment instructions ## Audience Emails / applications products collect form submissions in Audience. Use the product filter to separate a waitlist from an application or lead magnet. Collect only information needed for the stated purpose. Do not ask for passwords, payment-card data, government IDs, or sensitive medical information in custom form questions. ## Refunds and access Refund and reversal events can change order state and revoke access where appropriate. Use the payment provider as the financial record and Bento as the fulfilment record.
