# Calendar and bookings

> Sell free or paid sessions, set availability, and manage bookings.

Calendar is included with Store and Creator. Use it to publish coaching sessions, prevent schedule conflicts, create Google Meet links, and manage upcoming calls.

## Set up Calendar

  <Step title="Connect Google Calendar">
    Open **Settings → Integrations** and connect the calendar that should receive bookings.

  <Step title="Set your availability">
    In **Calendar → Settings**, choose your timezone, available days, and working hours.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create a session">
    Select **New session**, then set the duration, price, description, and booking rules.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Publish your Calendar page">
    Add the Calendar system page to your public Bento and arrange it from **Link**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Run a test booking">
    Confirm the timezone, confirmation email, calendar event, and meeting link before sharing it.
  </Step>

## Reviews and recordings

After a completed booking, Bento can collect a review and let you choose whether it appears publicly. Fathom recording support is optional and only works after its integration is configured.

  A connected calendar is not proof that every booking step works. Complete one test booking before
  accepting customer payments.
